EL-STATION is a system which automates, simplifies and reduces time of part machining process. The system is consisted of a positioning bar installed on the machine table (out of machine course), a electrode changing device, a R/F receiver, a main control box and software for SETUPs preparation.
The system supports virtually all numeric control languages: Fídia, Fanuc, Heidenhain, Fagor, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Selca, etc.
For 1 m XX course machines, EL-STATION can provide 54 positions for electrodes manufacturing, with just one bar (considering the XY maximum dimensions of each electrode is 50mm). There are installations with 1 or 2 bars in XX or YY.
Not considering tools maintenance, the work process is continuous.
The electrode maximum YY dimension is 140mm and maximum weight 10Kg.
Along with the El-station you'll get SetMaster. A graphical user interface to help you setting up the work sequence.
